RE: How to change message in status bar of a background agent
~Lorraine Desgerothernivu 2.Dec.03 07:21 PM a Web browser

Well I have an agent where I set the property to run in the background of the client. So, when I start the agent through the action menu I see a status bar down. It is the same bar as when you do a new copy of a database. To the left of this bar you see the standard status bar of a notes client.
If I do a print statement I goes in the left status bar which is then also in the log file of the server.
But what I would like to do is to change the text in the other status bar.
My agent is not using any selection formulas, thus, as long as the agent is runing I just see the bar going back and force.
In other agents where I use a selection formula it shows me how many documents are processed.

I hope this helps a little bit
